It’s pouring outside. So I didn’t think it was a good idea to start with chocolates tonight. Instead I made cherry almond marzipan. Very easy to do, equal parts almond paste, confectioners sugar with a little Kirsch kneaded into a ball, add dried cherries and almonds, roll out, and cut into shapes. Tomorrow I will dip them in dark chocolate.
